What happens if I do not like any of the offers?

LightSpeedBid gives sellers full control. If you do not like the offer you receive, you are under no obligation to move forward. Many sellers check pricing multiple times because market conditions change and offers fluctuate.

If your offer seems low, there are several reasons and options:

  1. Your car may have strong scrap value but low resale value
Junk and damaged cars often receive offers based on scrap metal prices, which vary daily.
  2. Regional buyer competition may be limited
Some areas have fewer buyers, which can lower the bidding range.
  3. Missing parts, missing keys, or mechanical issues may reduce value
Buyers may pay less if the vehicle needs significant work.
  4. Catalytic converter value may be lower due to market changes
    Converter prices fluctuate constantly.

If you are unhappy with the offer, you can:

  • Try submitting again with photos
  • Try submitting again on a different day
  • Correct any missing details in your submission
  • Contact LightSpeedBid support for advice

You can also wait for market conditions to improve. Sellers looking for how to get the highest cash offer, sell my car for cash, or junk my car often resubmit later and receive higher pricing.

LightSpeedBid never pressures sellers to accept any offer. You can walk away anytime, request new quotes, or compare offers as often as you like. The service is always free.
